How long does a typical project take?
Most projects run between 2 and 12 weeks depending on scope and complexity. We agree on a timeline during the discovery phase before any work begins.
How does pricing work?
We quote per project based on scope, not by the hour. After discovery, you receive a fixed price and delivery plan. No hidden costs or scope creep surprises.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. We provide ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements after go-live. Support packages are agreed at the start of every engagement.
Can you upgrade an existing system?
Absolutely. We audit, redesign, and extend existing platforms including legacy systems with limited documentation. Many of our clients come to us for this reason.
Do you work with clients outside Accra?
Yes — we work with clients across Ghana and can deliver fully remotely. Discovery and review sessions are conducted via video call when needed.
